Example One
Our office received a call at approximately 3pm on a Thursday afternoon from a company within the Oil & Gas Industry. They need to get 10 drums of Enviro-friendly oil from Sydney to arrive in Broome Port by sunrise Monday morning to meet a departing ship. We were able to get back to the client within 10 minutes advising that we were able to collect the drums first thing Friday morning (the company we were collecting the drums from did not have them ready until this time) and we arrived in the early hours of Monday morning into Broome Port ready to load the drums onto the ship by sunrise. As a result the ship was able to depart on time.
Example Two
We received a call from a client in the Mining Industry who needed a D11 Final Drive picked up in Perth and brought to site near Newman, WA, asap. The part was picked up and on its way within 2 hours of receiving the phone call. On the return journey we were also able to bring back the disabled machinery to be delivered back into Perth.
